Statement of Intent

At NDM Property Group, the health and safety of our employees, clients, contractors, and the public is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining safe working environments and complying with all relevant health and safety legislation.

Our Responsibilities

• Assess risks to health and safety and implement necessary control measures.
• Provide and maintain safe plant and equipment.
• Ensure safe handling and use of substances.
• Provide information, instruction, training, and supervision to employees.
• Consult with employees on matters affecting their health and safety.
• Prevent accidents and cases of work-related ill health.

Employee Responsibilities

All employees have a responsibility to cooperate with supervisors and managers on health and safety matters, not to interfere with anything provided to safeguard their health and safety, and to take reasonable care of their own health and safety.

This policy is reviewed annually to ensure it remains up to date and relevant.
